For safety, use:

• Hard-wired smoke alarms with battery back up.
• Grounded outlets near water ie kitchen, bath and exterior.
• Anti-scald valves (pressure balance).
• Tempered glass for windows near stairs, doors and in baths.
• Handrails on all stairs.
