Select wood, natural stone, porcelain tile or other tiles or carpet for interest and visual continuity. Again, look at local and online sources to brainstorm. The base material can be a more simple pattern if the spaces have area rugs. Patterned floors? Simple and smaller rugs. Cozy, small bedrooms are about the only place carpeting is being used at present, but carpet can be cut and bound for area rugs. For large scale area rugs, cut and paste is still used and relatively inexpensive.

Simply celebrate the 4th! It’s a wine glass half-full day to recognize ANYTHING and EVERYTHING to be upbeat about! Construction has been open in AZ throughout the pandemic. With social distancing, scheduling appointments for entry and masks, projects are progressing – not as usual but in whatever manner everyone is comfortable with. We do have so many options for connecting without meeting face-to-face. Gather up your decorations, put together some simple finger foods and enjoy a neighbor, friend, relative or your pet for a day to take note of what independence is all about!
